Process

Place Order

  1. Please allow 5 days (excluding delivery date) in advance from the delivery date for orders placed online. Please call us for short notice order.

  2. You will receive email from us to confirm once your order is placed online. We will call you within 24 hours to confirm the order. Our operating hours: 10:00 to 20:00. Please call our customer service hotline at 852 8105 9788 if you have not received our confirmation mail. Please check your junk mail folder before calling us.

  3. Please call us or email us at least 2 days before the delivery date if you have to change your order details.


Delivery


  1. It is not possible to deliver on exact time as per instruction of customers. Say, AM09:05 sharp. We provide 2 delivery time slots: Afternoon (12:00-17:00) and Evening (17:00-20:00) for order delivered to MTR Stations. Outlying islands are not covered yet. For special delivery location and time, please call our customer service hotline at 852 8105 9788 for arrangement. Extra cost might apply.

  2. We deliver Easy Life products along the MTR lines in Hong Kong. We will send out products to overseas countries through the Hong Kong Post.

  3. We have enhanced the protection to the cake before delivery. Yet, it might still move a bit in the packaging during the delivery process. This situation is not covered by our compensation policy. Please do understand.

  4. Please check you cake upon delivery. Please take photo of it and call us on the delivery date if damaged.

  5. Please still keep the cake, even if it is not what you ordered. Please notify us using our customer service hotline or email on the delivery day.

  6. There will be official announcement in typhoon seasons and in extreme bad weather. Please contact us through our customer service hotline and email for special delivery arrangement in these circumstances.

  7. We reserve the right to change the ingredients due to seasonal supply issues.

Refund

There will not be refund under these circumstances:

  • Incomplete or wrong information like name, address, phone number such that we could not deliver.

  • When the delivery is made, there is no one to receive the order, or we could not get in touch with the person who ordered, or someone refuses to accept the delivery, or the ordering guest could not sign to accept the order or the order is rejected when the product is delivered to the location.

  • When the ordering guest could not sign or there is no one to accept the delivery on his / her behalf, we will try our best to contact the customer for delivery.

  • The delivery cost is included in the order payment. There will be extra delivery charge of HK$50 to 100 if the delivery location is changed at the time of delivery.

Payment Tips

Please pay by ATM. There will be a service charge of HK$30 if paid at bank counter or by bank transfer.

Please keep the deposit slip / bank in slip or transfer record for verification upon delivery. The 201314 Cakeshop will reserve the right of final judgment upon dispute.
